Indica Renaissance Fund is pleased to announce a grant of Rs. 2 Lakh for ‘Adi Shankara Digvijaya Yatra’ organized by Saptarishi Charitable Trust. The ‘Adi Sankara Digvijaya Yatra’ is a 30 day tour with 12 Ghana Paatis (Vedic Pandits) coursing the exact route that Jagadguru Adi Sankara took across India to bring unity and peace.
Indic Academy has earlier undertaken to consecrate 108 vigrahas of Adi Shankara around the world. During their trip, the team will also examine potential places for installation of Adi Shankara vigrahas along the route undertaken by him 1200 years ago.
Indic Academy also held a conference on Yatras in 2019 at BHU, Varanasi and is actively promoting both Yatras and Experiential Tourism.
The tour will start on 14.02.2021 Sunday.
