Indic Academy announces the establishment of “Aadhaaram” a COVID Support Fund of Rs 1 crore to support those who are working to preserve, protect and promote Indic Civilizational thought and values and are affected by the pandemic. The grant will be for those who are facing challenges to their livelihood due to the disruption caused by the pandemic and for meeting the educational needs of children of those who lost their lives due to COVID.
The Fund will be advised by Sri K. Aravinda Rao, Former DGP, A.P and a trustee of Indic Academy.
Through the establishment of this Fund, we honor the memory of Late Sri Y. Shivarama Chary a close associate and an artist who we lost in this pandemic.
